How Pearly works

Our Pearly fertility tracker is characterised by precision and simple operation. The small device contains more than 30 years of intensive medical research and technological development, which are applied to all LADY-COMP® products. In the morning, a measurement of your basal temperature (your body temperature before getting up) is sufficient, which together with the unique algorithm of our fertility trackers allows a reliable statement about your fertility.

So that you do not forget the daily measurement, Pearly has an alarm function. Daily measurement is important because Pearly gets to know your individual cycle exactly on the basis of your regularly entered temperature and menstruation data. The more knowledge Pearly collects about your cycle, the better the algorithm-based fertility tracker can narrow down the red (= fertile) days. Accordingly, the green (= infertile) days become more after the initial time.

Sounds simple, is simple! In just three steps and within about 60 seconds you will know what your daily fertility is like!

Pearly's self-learning algorithm is over 99% accurate in determining infertile days. This accuracy is the result of over 35 years of research by a team of gynecologists, fertility experts, software specialists and engineers who have analyzed data from more than 5 million female cycles. The result is an algorithm that adapts to each individual and that you can always rely on!

Green display = infertile

You probably know that every woman is fertile only on a few days of her cycle and can only get pregnant on those days. Pearly helps you by calculating your fertile window and showing you your fertility status! A green display means you are not fertile for the current day.

Yellow display = learning phase/cycle fluctuation

Every woman is unique and so is her cycle: some cycles are longer, some shorter, and the timing of ovulation can also vary. The course of the cycle differs not only from woman to woman, but also from cycle to cycle. If the display is yellow, you have a rather irregular cycle or a fluctuation in the cyle, or Pearly needs to get to know your cycle better. This is especially the case during the first two months of use. If you see a yellow display, you are potentially fertile.

Red display = fertile/possibly fertile

With Pearly you know exactly whether you are fertile or not. If you see a red display, you are fertile or possibly fertile and you can plan a pregnancy.
