Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty covers the original purchaser for two (2) years for Lady-Comp. The manufacturer does not provide warranty on the following parts: the sensor, power supply plug or internal battery for all devices. All maintenance services and repairs after the warranty years must be paid by the purchaser.
All items supplied by Valley Electronics LLC must be returned to Valley Electronics LLC to receive warranty repair. Please keep your invoice as your proof of purchase. Before returning any item please call us. Any additional fees paid by or billed to Valley Electronics LLC related to the return shipping of any warranty item, are the responsibility of the product owner unless terms otherwise stipulate that shipping is included. Valley Electronics LLC is not responsible for any shipping or customs fees for warranty or repair on devices shipping in/out of the USA. Any such extra fees will be billed to the original purchaser.
By clicking the button "Complete Order” in the online-shop, the customer sends a binding order for the products listed on the ordering page. The confirmation of your order takes place simultaneously with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending an automated e-mail. The purchase contract comes into effect with this e-mail confirmation.
Return and Refund Policy
Before returning any device, you must receive an emailed confirmation from Valley Electronics LLC detailing procedures for safe return. Please email requests for instructions to info@lady-comp.com or contact us at 877.925.5239.
Unused Lady-Comp, Lady-Comp Baby, and accessory products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less the original cost of shipping, and if financed, less any non-refundable fees related to financing. Returns of used devices within 14-30 days of delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The monitor must be returned in its original condition, packed in the original unmarked packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Failure to return all items in their original condition will result in additional fees. The amount of the fee will be based on the retail cost associated with replacing any damaged or missing item. Please Note: No refunds on accessory parts purchased separately. Purchaser must notify and receive acknowledgement from Valley Electronics LLC by email prior to returning merchandise. Incorrect shipping documentation may incur additional shipping fees for which the purchaser will be responsible. Valley Electronics LLC is not responsible for any shipping or customs fees for returns or exchanges on devices shipping in/out of the USA.
Valley Electronics LLC does not honor returns or warranty claims for purchases made from other international resellers or distributors.
Shipping costs, duties, and brokerage fees are non-refundable. Lady-Comp fertility computers and accessories have been manufactured using the highest quality components and comply with German standards of manufacturing and specifications. All fees associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
Promotional & Information Materials
Valley Electronics LLC reserves the right of sending and attaching promotional materials or information brochures & articles to the ordered products & deliveries and do so occasionally at some future dates.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Valley Electronics LLC or any of its affiliates, or the officers, directors, employees, members, or agents of each of them, be liable for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability whatsoever, arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website or the products offered on this website.
