Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual's trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use one of the following options:

  1. Electronic withdrawal button: You can submit your withdrawal directly and conveniently via our electronic withdrawal button on our website at Cancellation request .
     
  2. Written declaration: You may inform us (VE Valley Electronics GmbH, Breite 2, 82418 Murnau, Germany, email: info@lady-comp.de, phone: +49-8841-4854166, fax: +49 (0) 8841 4874616) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear written statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to VE Valley Electronics GmbH, Breite 2, 82418 Murnau, Germany without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and/or premature expiration of the right to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a member state of the European Union and whose exclusive residence and address of delivery are located outside of the European Union.

General information

Please prevent damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, please use protective outer packaging. If you are no longer in possession of the original packaging, please use suitable packaging providing adequate protection against potential transport damage.

Please do not return the goods freight forward.

Please note that the general information above is not a precondition for effectively exercising your right of withdrawal.
